OTC-77 is mild alkaline preparation with emulsifiable non-carcinogenic non-chlorinated & chlorinated organic solvents based slow volatile clear light brownish liquid concentrate which is non-inflammable, non-explosive and extra high penetrative having stable high emulsified chlorinated solvents with surfactants and high performance activators. It has ethereal odour usable in diluted form by soaking, spray, circulation at temperatures between 20C to 50C. Fast rinsable / washable with sea water / fresh water.
