This is clear to opaque slightly greenish highly alkaline viscous liquid concentrate with ammonical odour. It is unique type of neutralizer, anti-rust conditioner and residue remover at a time for Steels, Copper & Copper Alloys usable after derusting, descaling or acid treatments. Acids could be neutralized with XR-1 without forming any precipitates. Also suitable for hydrostatic testing at ambient temperature. Its use even in low concentrations is highly effective and very economical.
