Removal of “hard-to-remove” deposits with silicates, sulphates, carbonates & rust from the grooves of S.S. Plates can be achieved ideally in two ways :

(i) By simple localized circulation method at early stage when deposits are mild and soft.

(ii) By dip and flush method when deposits are excessive and tough.

This method is quite safe for all grades of S.S and rubber gaskets in any concentration and perfect cleaning of complete unit can be achieved in 3 ~ 4 hours. No scrubbing is required at all.
