It is ready-to-use and also dilutable mild alkaline opaque white viscous liquid emulsion based on emulsified non-carcinogenic, non-chlorinated & chlorinated organic solvents in low concentration with mild ethereal odour which is free from all organic & inorganic acids, benzene or like hazardous solvents. It is non-inflammable, non-combustible, non-explosive and extra high penetrative and stable emulsion with high performance activators usable for a wide range of oily sludged applications. Usable by mopping, spray & flush method at ambient temperatures between 10C to 50C. Fast rinsable / washable with sea water and fresh water. The emulsifiers are bio-degradable after rinsing. It does not create any emergency or immediate health risk during use in all concentrations if contacted with skin or eyes. It has no permanent risk of environmental pollution.

RDR OTC-77 is perfectly safe for epoxy coated surface. It is also safe for all metals and their alloys in pure or diluted form. Safe for Sealing Rubbers, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Flexible PVC. Not safe for rigid PVCs, Cellulose type Plastics and Natural Rubbers.
